1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. Although we do not bill for services, we do offer a payment plan option below.
2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.
3. Payment Plans - We are happy to offer our clients the ability to make regular payments towards their veterinary bill by enrollment into a payment plan and automatic deductions from a credit card, checking or savings account. An initial deposit is required and can vary depending on the total bill amount, number of monthly payments and soft credit recommendation grade if required (this is not a credit check and will not effect or show on your credit report). Payment plans can normally be arranged for a 3-6 month payoff period. The plan is interest free, but the service does require a $25 enrollment fee, as well as a low $3.00 service fee for each payment. Visit vetbilling.com for more information about the service or call our office to speak with a client care representative for specific information regarding your pet's account.
4. Care Credit
When unexpected illness strikes a pet, unexpected expense strikes as well. Perry Hall Animal Hospital understands this and is able to make some special arrangements through the CareCredit program. It takes just 5 minutes to complete an application and will allow you to break down your payment into 6 interest-free monthly installments. You can either apply at our hospital, where we'll call in your application over the phone for immediate approval, or apply yourself online at: www.CareCredit.com. Care Credit is a private credit card company and requires a hard credit check.
